About iOverlay
iOverlay's free tier is more than a stripped demo: it includes a standings overlay with a full set of driver data columns, a matching relative overlay, a fuel calculator, an uncustomizable track map, simple Twitch chat integration, and separate configurations per session type (practice, qualifying, race). What's locked behind Pro is customization and the more advanced tools, not the core overlays themselves.
The Pro subscription unlocks full layout customization of the standings and relative overlays, a flat map, a spotter and incident-warning overlay that flags nearby drivers and upcoming yellow-flag situations, a pit entry/exit helper, a multiclass traffic indicator that warns when faster cars are closing from behind, and a race control panel that tracks live incidents. In team sessions, Pro's fuel calculator also shares consumption data across teammates rather than tracking each driver in isolation.
iOverlay is built by a single developer with an active Discord community rather than a broadcast company behind it, and covers iRacing exclusively. Pro is billed monthly or in longer blocks at a lower effective monthly rate, all upgraded from inside the app itself rather than through a separate storefront.
